you probably knew me more than anyone. you were the one i could truly be myself around even if you didn’t always understand everything i liked or talked about. you loved watching tv shows and movies just as much as i did. i could always count on you to start a new kdrama or movie with me at anytime.

you may have had a sharp tongue and you never failed to speak your mind, but you were the most welcoming, loving and giving person i have ever known. even when we’d disagree, i always knew you meant well and would do anything for me no matter what.

i know everyone isn’t able to know the love of a grandparent, but i hope you’re able to have that kind of love from someone in your life. i was lucky to love and spend time with all four of mine. it’s been 5 months. it feels like so much time and so little time has passed all at once. missing my grandparents so much tonight but so happy to still be moving forward with my family into 2026. i’ll love you forever! 💜🪽🩵 by @malashamonique

food & views in chicago 🍚🏙️

went to my first concert to see j-hope of bts for the #hopeonthestage tour in march and of course had to make it to at least one restaurant featured on #thebearfx! kasama’s mushroom adobo and ube latte was so freaking good! bangtan and the bear fed me well this month. thank you, june 😌 taken in Chicago by @malashamonique

thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday!! i had one of the best birthdays with my family and friends this year. i’m so grateful to have y’all in my life and to be able to have fun with you on any occasion. pictured and captured on video are the various moods of me when i am somewhat extroverted. the last picture is the mood of me in reflection of these few days but also wondering how many more outings i can handle this year 😌🙂‍↕️ by @malashamonique
