✨ Officially one of the newest members of the NATAS Central Great Lakes Emmys Board of Governors ✨

After today’s board meeting, I found myself reflecting on this moment. My mom, opening my Emmy in 2021.

At the time, winning an Emmy felt so out of reach. So, you better believe serving on this board was definitely something I never imagined happening in my career.

But… here we are! ✨

A few months ago, I received an email asking if I’d accept the nomination. I was in shock! But I still had to get elected. I honestly felt like this was where the rug was going to get pulled out from under me, so I kept the news to myself and just prayed, “God, if this is You, You make it happen.”

And He did! 🙌🏾

I’m so incredibly grateful to God for what He’s doing in my life, and I’m excited to get behind the scenes, learn, grow and contribute to shaping the future of this incredible organization.

✨ Up until March of this year, we were planning a wedding for 90 people. Then God moved. On March 4, 2025, that plan turned into a 300+ guest celebration! Bigger and more beautiful than anything I could have imagined.

I remember asking my mom, “How are we going to do this?” and she simply said, “Don’t worry, just trust God.” And that’s exactly what we did. From every financial need to every detail, God’s hand guided it all. 🥹🙌🏾

My testimony is this: TRUST GOD WITH EVERYTHING. Even when it feels small or “unworthy” of asking Him for, He gives us more than we deserve. I’m beyond thankful to the Lord, my parents, and every single person who helped make this day possible. 💛

A huge thank you to my content creator, @Allison Allegretto, who delivered all of our wedding reels and videos just two days after the wedding…what a gift! And thank you all for letting me flood your timelines this week. I’m just so proud of what was captured.
