YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK

The last 10 years have been tough. I doubted me, I had people telling me to slow down, stop taking these risks. I've had multiple joints fused, dozens of broken bones, just as many concussions, battles with depression, battles that made me feel lower than low. But I kept pushing.

At first, the motivation was to win against others, but it shifted to winning against myself. Being better, being stronger, finding and pursuing what I needed so in the future I don't look back and think "What if".

A look at the bruising from today’s visit to the ortho clinic. Charlie told me to suck it up and go riding. I think that’s what he meant anyway 🤔

Broke the bottom of my Fib and found a new break in a plate. Such a bummer but such is life! Got some good trail work done before a birch tree decided to attack me. Luckily I was wearing my Leatt Enduro Boots or this could be even worse!

I’ll know more on Thursday after my visit to the Ortho clinic to see my favorite doctor dude. Let’s Ride!!!
