“We had two shooting days, one racing camels in the desert heat, and another in a virtual production studio using Unreal Engine. Our drone unit captured the diverse terrains and landscapes of Dubai and regions across Saudi Arabia. To blend multiple formats into a cohesive visual language, including some fully CGI-rendered car shots, we printed on 16mm 250D film.” - Bayoumi, cinematographer Hyundai - “Driven By You” Director & Editor: @malekalhamami DP: @atbayoumi Colorist: @adrian_honsberg Art Director: @issakandil Wardrobe Stylist: @missytohme 1st AD: @farrax Focus Puller: @justroger2023 Gaffer: @teuton_dubai Arm Operator: @petarbakic Drone Operator: @nawafdrone Sound Designer: @marwan.audio VFX Supervisor: @majdalhammami Director’s Producer: @ayaahmadmaher Executive Producer: @martha_nassar Agency: @innoceanmea Production Company: @vipfilms VFX: @geekpeekstudio Film Out: @cinelabuk by @malekalhamami

The Inbred Mountains; a close piece to my heart that I created and directed in February 2025 has made it to the official selection in @berlincommercial for Best Directing Category. Along with @laverneksa, we celebrated both Saudi Founding Day and The Year of Handicrafts by creating a compelling and visual piece that speaks authenticity, culture and Saudi Heritage. Major thanks to the crew, cast and client who helped make this film come to life. . . . Honored to be judging this year with @shots_creative along with some of the best creatives and talents out there. Editing has been a core passion of mine way before I started directing, so this is a chance to keep on reviving it and enjoy the films before I judge the work itself. #shotscreative #whizzfilm taken in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by @malekalhamami
