Reclaiming dopamine and breaking up with tech dependency are goals of mine. My goal evening routine is now: * Sunset workout * Dinner at the table with my boyfriend * Skygazing + Studying and Journaling * Read fiction in Bed The Daily Stoic is a book I've read through a couple of times, I am going to reference it more in the daytime. I'm super excited about the Tarot Magick book! I love tarot and want to deepen my practice. I found this at my local metaphysical shop. The Home Apothecary book was a gift from my brother and his girlfriend. Loads of useful concoctions in it. The Happiness Hypothesis by Jonathan Haidt is the first book of his I've purchased. I've read a bit about his work and listening to him being interviewed. This book should help me broaden my philosophy knowledge, as I've mostly obly studied stoicism so far. Between Heaven and Earth by @thefallenpoe.t was an Instagram purchase. So many lovely exerpts I had to get it. Last nights porm had a line that was roughly “is he bad or is he broken in ways others don't understand” 😭 ❤️ #nighttimeroutine #readinglist #whimsyforge #dopaminedetox #mindfulness by @malery.w
Weekly Update! It's been a bit, I've been taking a bit of a rest and mentally preparing for the Elven Huntress Challenge with Whimsy Forge. Just shot a few pics of myself as my new Elven persona. Looking forward to sharing them and much more as the challenge gets rolling. It officially starts tomorrow and there's still time to join! https://www.whimsyforge.com/ #elf #fantasyfitness #whimsyforge #cosplayer #mindfulness by @malery.w
@lebuzzcaffeplaza with yet another tasty seasonal latte - the Toasted Spirits Latte (made half sweet) with toasted marshmallow and white chocolate. The way they decorated the cup was too cute to not share. 👻 #tucson #coffeegram #fallvibes #spookyseason by @malery.w
Phoenix Squad stickers came in, mailed to squad mates, and put one on my water bottle. We finished 33/195 and should have Iron Squad soon! So proud of my Dragon Rider Challenge Squad! 🐦‍🔥 Also... DRINK WATER! 💦 #phoenixrise #stickers #fantasyfitness #whimsyforge #drinkwater by @malery.w
Elven Persona creation has begun! Decided to return these ears for something a little smaller from Aradani. The hooded dress cover is from Scarlet Darkness. It is not too late to join me in Elven Huntress training with Whimsy Forge! The challenge starts 10/19 and is perfect for ALL fitness levels. Come into the forest with me. 🌿 #fantasyfitness #whimsyforge #elven #cosplayer by @malery.w
Mornings with this love bug. Sigge is a 3 year old Norwegian Forest Cat Tabby mix I adopted in July. Saw him on Petfinder and fell in love 🥺 Flew to LA and drove almost 2 hours out to pick him up, then drove 8 hours home with him. He is a handful, being a young, smart, energetic 15lbs boy, but he's worth it. 🥰 #adoptdontshop #norwegianforestcats #boycat #catsofinstagram #tabbycat by @malery.w
