This week’s edition in the life of a Pilates girl, I realized that my workout = the length of @taylorswift new album.

Start to feel the burn during Eldest Daughter.

Buddy joining me is actually so romantic 😽 until he attacked me on beat for WOOD.

Feeling strong during CANCELLED even though I wanted to CANCEL the workout.

Candlelit pilates to reset the mind (after a long holiday szn) ❤️‍🔥✨

Taking time to realign my goals for 2025 — shout out to my coach @autumnadeles who reminded me that you have to map out your dream life in order to get there.

I can’t wait for the opportunities I have this year with @malibu.haus, traveling the world, and sharing more life with people I love.
