Honestly, I love how hard I go when I find a new thing I enjoy 🤣 Last year I was a track star, and currently you can probably catch me in a 100° room at any given time.

Hot Sculpt has been the perfect addition to my weightlifting, yoga, and much-needed cardio. Unfortunately, with this one, you do need to believe the hype. 😂

TEN whole seconds 😆 But seriously, I was a faithful sauna attendee at the Atlanta @sweathouz locations, so I can’t believe it took me this long to check out everything they’ve added!

I swore I wasn’t getting in the water, but after learning more about the benefits of contrast therapy, we both gave it a try. And honestly, getting to completely detach for an hour might be my favorite part. Finish it off with the Vitamin C shower and it’s such a good little reset.
