A page for my spam of Warhammer 40k (Drukhari and WE) and D&D miniatures.
Getting through the pile of shame one mini at a time 🫡

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Heading to my first ever 40k tournament soon and we're bringing the World Eaters! Everything I posted here is Everything I'm bringing, including an extra squad of berzerkers and eightbound. All battle ready and good to go. I will try to cram in as much bloodying as I can beforehand hand so they all truly look the part, but its beautiful having a fully painted army on the board.

Wish me luck folks 😘

For something a little different i assisted in painting up this zombie mind flayer dragon for D&D. It turned out pretty good i must admit.

Maybe once my warhammer pile of shame is done, I can tackle my D&D pile but that's a whoooole other beast 😂

Finished up this Terminator captain, Deathwing of course. Clearly happiest when squashing big bugs.
Trying to do better with my faces and I can definitely see improvement, however the eyes weren't symmetrical enough so I turned one into a a scarred over eye instead 😂

Made a strong decision to not spend any more money on new miniatures until I've gone through my pile of shame.

Mixing it up this time with a new faction and the painting of Lion El'Jonson himself. 3rd army I've begun collecting. Been working on this beautiful mini the past few days, I think he's done and it might be some of my best work yet.

Thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to start collecting a bit more of a "noble" army as opposed to the butcher everything and torture everyone kind of thing 😂

Hopefully more Dark Angels to come soon 😘

Been a while since I've posted, or painted. Been a lot going on the past while and I had some serious painting burnout for a good bit. However we're easing back in with this slaughterbound. Yet to do the base but I think it looks good enough for the time being.

A bit of what I've been working on the past month or so, I'll probably do individual posts for each of their respective squads. A big ol handful of evil.

I'm currently at 38 out of 50 miniatures painted before the deadline and I don't know if I'll be able to do it at this point, but I am proud of how much I have done and how they turned out.

I also don't usually bother adding much to the base of the miniatures but now that I've had to do it, I realised how much it adds to the mini. by @malice_minis

I've signed up for this challenge to do 50 miniatures before May 9th. (😬😬) This Wrack is number 1 of 50, I wanted to experiment by doing a skinned/flayed sort of look on it and I may or may not do it for the rest of them.

Wish me luck, I'll have to average like 2 or 3 minis a day and thats a crazy thing to do but I have hope!

Dark Eldar haemonculus today, always thought this lil frankensteined freak was cool. And he's got the dogs out too, whats not to love.

Tries to give his stitched up skin skirt some variations in skin tone but didn't really come out as well as I hoped. But still looks good. Going to try and focus on painting and posting more Drukhari in the future.

Forgot to post the finished Terminators, I think they turned out perfectly and I think its my best work yet, really really happy with how the highlights and generally everything turned out.

Tried to take my time with them and take breaks whenever it felt a bit much. Its hard to get the motivation sometimes but seeing a finished mini is so satisfying and a strong motivator for sure.

Posted too many World Eaters, time for some Drukhari instead. They were my first (and favourite) army. I painted Drazhar here relatively early on in my warhammer painting journey and looking back at it, I can see how much I have improved since then.

Still, he's easily one of my my most loved models. the pose, the vibe, the character himself. He's just so cool and while I feel like he would be a lot cooler if I painted him now, I'm still really happy with how he turned out.

We're working on some chaos terminators today, unreal and iconic model. Base colours are all done, started work on the highlights as you can see on the leg.

Highlighting is super satisfying to me. It really makes the model look like how you envision and brings it to life so well. First time to doing terminators too and they feel nice and easy to paint.

But the ultimate question, which poor astartes chapter should end up on his big ol' spike??

The second thing I ever built and painted for World Eaters was this Daemon Prince. Awesome looking model and a must bring for the table as well.

I may go back and touch it up at some point, maybe make the eyes better (made him blind in one so I only had to worry about the other 😂) and probably make the skin just a touch redder as well. But I've always loved how he turned out.

We love big models in this house 💪💪
