The best way to show someone how to be a good Muslim, is TO BE a good Muslim.
Keep your fatwas to yourself.
To the new Muslims: I see you. You’re doing great. Take your time and keep going. #muslim #harampolice by @malikahcreates

I have my concerns around Generative AI; the artists’ work being referenced and whether they’re being compensated, safety regulations and of course…the extreme usage of water.
So I was hesitant to attend Creative Now but chose to attend anyway. The Firefly app itself is very powerful and I’m sure businesses will use it to its full capacity as what you can create with the correct prompt is almost limitless.
The @adobelive team was great. @swopes gave thee most concise crash course for an app I’ve ever seen lol. I also got a chance to meet a few new folks and see some I already knew. I’m looking forward to the next event and hope it’ll focus on other CC apps, cause I’m normally in the house with PR and LR with Canva visiting (don’t be mad at me Ai). Kudos Team Adobe! by @malikahcreates

When I was in my 20s, I was in these streets heavy. Every live show. Every art exhibit. I was there.
But once I got my first apartment by myself I began to truly understand that solitude is beautiful, but can quickly turn into isolation.
That’s what I’ve done. I’ve used my space as a way to cover up the fact that I was isolating myself. However I’ve found that a healthy dose camaraderie is good for my social battery. I enjoy being around good people and good energy.

Happy Founders’ Day to the men of Iota Phi Theta. I had a good time in the cold lol. And I’ll ignore Daniel being a bully…this time. by @malikahcreates

Sometimes we really are in our own way.
Being consistently authentic will not only place you in spaces where you belong, but will carry your name into spaces you may not even know existed. Yesterday was further affirmation of the importance of me simply showing up. Even though I missed the main event (I had a family commitment) the day was bountiful and fruitful. Connections were made and opportunities were established.
May everyday be this fulfilling.
Kudos to @blackatglobal @prosperusdetroit @designcoredet @gilbertfamilyfoundation on an amazing set of events. by @malikahcreates
