(Picture 1) For years, I didn’t know I was battling a nerve/neck issue. Constantly getting injuries, always in the training room, or doing extra rehab and mobility work. Towards of the end of my career I kept playing through the pain of my arm going numb on impact. I couldn’t handle the pain anymore it was 10/10. Fast forward I discovered my C5-C7 has been damaged. Today I still suffer from those injuries and still struggle with my day to day so I’d really appreciate prayers! It’s not said enough, get pictures of your spine and neck consistently players!!

(Picture 2,3,4,5,6) Thank you to all my NFL teammates. You taught me how to be a servant leader. I did not have the career I wanted, but I’m glad I met each and every one of you. I pray that I left an impact on your life 🙏🏾

(Picture 7,8) TEXAS, I’ll love you forever!!! Greatest place to play in the country. Even though we struggled and sucked back in the day 😂 I love all my teammates at UT forever have your back if you read this❤️

(Picture 9) #1 in High school. Should’ve stayed out OLB lol

(Picture 10) so thankful of the discipline of football being in my life because it helped mold me. I never gave up and always strived to be the best, no matter how old or young I was. Thank you for starting my career off right.❤️

Yah you are the greatest, thank you for giving me air in my lungs everyday❤️‍🔥

“Let there be weakness” @laitylodge
Reminded me how we weak we really are and how we need Christ our redeemer. I’m so thankful for all the staff, speakers, and soulful music reminding me how grateful I am. I found out I have a lot of physical injuries from playing ball & I’ve been living in weakness everyday. Currently looking at multiple surgeries in my path. (Reasons why I didn’t have football camp) I’m a firm believer that my testimony is his testimony. Weaknesses brings us to a place where we’re not bigger than the program. It makes you realize how much you need community, love and the Most High. I’m very thankful for @madisondorsett_ she’s been building me up everyday. Such a true inspiration when your partner is a life changer. I love everyone who has poured into me and if I can ever pour into your life let me know. ❤️‍🔥 stand firm.

Thank you @patrick_crawford for an amazing wedding gift. I really appreciate you. by @malikjefferson

I went out to cook with the family today! Since I traveled to see the family, I had to pack my pan, the chicken, and the dinner rolls! My Titan by @ArcticZone Cooler Tote kept the meat and dinner rolls cold. It could also fit a whole pan! If y’all go hiking or outdoors, you can fit all of what you need in this one tote bag. #GoBeyond #TitanCoolers by @malikjefferson
