@malikmcconnell3 is an overseas pro player who is home fornthe FIBA break. His break is a break from games played, not continuing to develop himself. Here is a segment of his warm-ups to prepare his body to train.
-
I start him in a wide stance and have him transfer his weight back and forth. He has to keep his hands on the basketball to keep his hips and shoulders down. Nothing crazy, but it works and get the job done. Add this to your warm-ups to keep your body moving the way you need it to.
