Man I don't even know where to start. Thank you Tarleton State for the best years I've had playing football it has truly been an honor to put on that purple and white and make HISTORY. God works in mysterious ways and it wasn't a coincidence that he placed me here. I'm forever grateful and thankful for the relationships I've built while being here but even more thankful for the man I have become while being here. The memories I will cherish forever. However, this is only the beginning for something special god is just closing this chapter of my life and opening up a new one not sure what the new chapter consist of but my faith and trust is with our father. Once again thank you Tarleton State for everything!! 65 out! #bleedpurple #rolltexans by @malikwellrespected

First and foremost I want to thank god for opening up so many doors throughout my football career. I also want to thank the Ottawa Redblacks for an amazing opportunity to bring me out to Canada to showcase my talents. However due to an unfortunate reoccurring injury I will be medically stepping away from football for the moment. To my coaching staff at Tarleton State I love the hell out of you guys thank you for trusting me in the system for 3 years and giving me a chance to even receive this opportunity. With all that being said I will be undergoing surgery soon and trying to get body healthy. Love. by @malikwellrespected
