Forth of July celebrating 250 years of Freedom! Filled the weekend with friends, family, fireworks, faith and more fireworks! I have really enjoyed learning and studying. American history beyond what was the headlines in history during public school. #malloryannrector #rheesrector by @malindaa_rector

Congratulations to the 2026 Farmington softball 5A State Champions!! This girls work so hard all year long to make it to this moment. It has been a pleasure working with the seniors but we don’t loose many, the future looks bright! This team made the training room full a lot but was the fun in it if it’s not chaos🤣. I couldn’t have done it with out Megan Dixon!! 5A now plays all spring sports conference games on the same night. I can’t be in three places at once and she was able to tag team and make sure this team was at their best every game. by @malindaa_rector

It can be hard to full understand the magnitude of today until it’s done because Hot Springs has been my home the second week of March for the last 7 YEARS. It is a standard they set and strive every day to prepare for. Today they won their 4th state championship in a row and their record is 118-0 with in state teams. This year’s team made it easier as an Athletic Trainer because they trained and fueled their bodies properly all year. They bought into the plan the staff had setup for them. I’m so happy for this group and the future is bright for the Lady Cardinals! Thankful for each coach I get to work with your an amazing staff. Thank you Megan Dixon my assistant AT that helps with coverage and my U of A interns for the helping hands. by @malindaa_rector

I haven’t done a good job of documenting all my staff’s work this year but they are amazing! I excited that we get to have another week together. We have the best parents around. I love the traditions of decorating the locker rooms for playoff games. by @malindaa_rector

After a week that felt very long and stressful we went for a drive to see the colors before they are gone. No electronics, no doctors appts, and no scolling for hours looking for a new car after a guy T-boned me. It was good to just be together this week with the loss of several influential ATs I have looked to for advice, it was good to be together without all the distractions. by @malindaa_rector

Mallory decided to get baptized at the river tonight after hearing that Pastor Zach N Colleen Stachey were meeting for another Monday baptism night. She has talked to us for several weeks but always had a conflict with cheer practice. We found out last night cheer has fall break this week. Mallory asked several friends from school to come watch, and it's heartwarming to see how these young girls are encouraging each other. The girls grabbed Mallory's hands and prayed for her during the prayer before we started. They hugged her and said “last hug as the old you”. The girls were excited to capture the memory by filming her. Although some girls from her school couldn't make it, they are loved too (we love you too❤️). This generation is moving forward for God! Thank you to so many of you that have helped pour God’s word into her young life. by @malindaa_rector
