In honor of football season, I wanted to share my veteran NEPC audition solo💫

This piece, Tennessee Whiskey, was so special to me. It felt like the perfect way to share a little piece of my southern roots and where I come from, while creating a memory I’ll always carry with me.

Dancing has always been my escape and this lyrical solo felt like a hug. It was a break between the high energy pom routines and jazz numbers, my love letter to dance💌

Reflecting on this past season, there were so many lessons learned, so much growth, and so many things to be grateful for. Now in this new season of life, I have the opportunity to grow in ways I never expected, carry the lessons from this chapter with me, and trust that there is so much more ahead than I could have imagined💖

Forever grateful for where this chapter took me, and endlessly excited for wherever the next one leads.

Cole wanted to propose right as the sun set, which meant every photo afterward was during blue hour. I don’t normally shoot that late, but I honestly love how these turned out.

To make sure she had absolutely no idea, Cole told Mallary they were just heading to the beach to watch the sunset. She arrived in sweatpants, completely caught off guard and I think that’s part of what makes these photos so special. The best day ever. 💍 taken in Playa Del Rey Beach by @mallary.quaderer

Quick trip down memory lane⭐️

There are so many moments, feelings, lessons, laughs, sweat, and tears that go into chasing your dreams. I feel so blessed for everything that went into mine-the people I gained along the way and the things I had to leave behind, all in the name of dream chasing. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The New England Patriots Cheerleaders changed my life. It is with a grateful heart that I share my retirement. The uniform I wanted glued to me and the poms I never wanted to let go of are being hung up. I’m proud of myself for chasing what once seemed impossible and for pushing through the highs and lows.

From dancing at Super Bowl LX, to injuries I had never endured, to the people who genuinely believed in me-and even the moments I didn’t believe in myself—it has all shaped me into who I was meant to become.

ALWAYS go for your dreams-the scary ones, the “unrealistic” ones, the ones that set your soul on fire. Believe in yourself, even when you question what on earth you’re doing. Give yourself grace to change priorities, listen to your body, soak in every second, and dance until your hips can’t anymore;)

Don’t worry-you haven’t seen the last of me and my dancing shoes✨👢

Super Bowl LX🏈❣️🏟️

Dancing at the Super Bowl is one of those moments you dream about and somehow still can’t fully believe you’re living. I am so grateful for the village it took to get me here. Every studio, every late night, every teammate, mentor, and person who poured into me along the way. This isn’t just one performance — it’s a lifetime of experiences, lessons, and people that carried me onto that field. Forever thankful for the journey that got me here!

Otto🌈🐾

If you know me, you know Otto. My little shadow, my partner in crime, my first love, my best friend for over 15 years. If you know Otto, you knew his love for fetch, car rides, cuddling your legs, long walks, runs, and hamburger. He hated squirrels, baths, being cold, not being petted (which is why he would paw at me; he demanded to be loved on 24/7), thunder, and the ironing board.

If you’re still reading this, let me tell you our story…

When I was in 5th grade, my parents got Otto because I wasn’t sleeping at night. Almost immediately after I met my furry best friend, I began sleeping regularly. Of course my parents didn’t tell me his purpose till years later. Otto was always my greatest treasure, every memory or stage in life included him. Before I started dancing, there was Otto. He was there through the braces, glasses, contacts, and lasik eye surgery (Fun fact: Otto was actually the first thing I saw when my vision cleared post-op). He brought me more comfort, joy, and laughter than I ever thought was possible. We shared so many milestones, memories, and conversations without exchanging words.

He was gentle with his toys, strong in his bark, iconic with his mannerisms, and loving with his big heart (literally and figuratively❤️‍🩹). My roommate in every house, apartment, and state I lived in, the one piece of stability I had through all of my moves and the vital piece of making anywhere “home” for me. It’s incredibly difficult to imagine life without him, we were kids together and we grew up together. He was a pro at being a good boy and he taught Banjo everything there is to know about being a good boy. Banjo has already picked up on some of Otto’s quirks and it brings a smile to my face knowing Otto’s impact went further than just myself.

On July 18th, Otto crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully in his sleep, protecting me through the night one last time. This is the worst heartbreak I’ve ever experienced. Although I feel like a piece of me is missing, I feel whole knowing he is waiting for me and close to my heart I hold onto our story to keep his memory alive.🪽
