Edward built Buffalo Hardscapes on Facebook & Instagram ads, running them himself for 5 years.

Recording his own videos. Editing them. Chopping them up. Uploading them to ads manager. Guessing at what worked.

Here’s what he told us after month one working together:

“As a business owner you have an emotional tie to what you want to portray. You step on your own toes. You become your own bottleneck.”

Now? We handle the scripting, the recording, the editing, the ads manager. We rebuilt his CRM with automations and a scheduler so leads stop dying in his personal phone.

His words: “I pay you a couple grand a month, but that brings tens and tens of thousands into my business.”

If you’re the owner AND the marketing department, you’re capped. Not by budget but by hours. by @malleymarketing

We let the work speak for itself. Zac came to us with a real problem.

Low overhead was the goal, but only landing 1 to 3 interviews a month wasn’t cutting it. Growth was stuck. Hiring was slow. And when you can’t hire, you can’t scale.

We built out a system around his brand, dialed in the messaging, and layered in automations that didn’t just generate leads, they qualified candidates before Zac ever had to pick up the phone.

Now? Zac’s team is booking 20 to 25 interviews a month which is generating them more revenue month after month.

The system doesn’t sleep. It filters, it qualifies, and it delivers the right people straight to his door.

Wrapped up a shoot on Keuka lake yesterday. Filmed ads and clips of the whole operation in progress. Looking at this company you would think advertising for permanent docks is too niche.

Putting our system in place for them proved that there’s always people looking for your service, you just have to know how to get in front of the right people. by @malleymarketing

BTS of a shoot with Shock Epoxy plus a special guest.

Filmed them making sample boards for a commercial job coming up. These sample boards help them design different metallic variations to show the client before laying any product down on their floor.

Final results will be posted on their profile! by @malleymarketing

Rochester business owners, guys with crews and a business that runs even when you’re not on the job site.

Can you answer this one question?

How do you choose to get more work when you actually want it?

Not just hoping the phone rings. Not waiting on referrals. Not posting something on Facebook and crossing your fingers.

I mean actually being able to say, “We need more jobs next month,” turn the marketing up, and create more opportunities for your sales team.

That’s exactly what we help local service businesses do.

We build out the entire system — the content, the ads, the targeting, and the lead generation — so you have a predictable way to get in front of homeowners who are actually looking for what you do.

And we’re already doing this with businesses right here in the area.

And it doesn’t come from throwing up one generic ad and hoping it works.

We come out, film the content, write the scripts, edit the ads, launch everything, test different angles, and continuously figure out what actually gets people to take action.

Because once you have crews, payroll, trucks, equipment, and overhead, you shouldn’t have to wonder where next month’s work is coming from.

You should have a system you can control.

So if you own a service business in Rochester and you’re already established, but you want a more predictable way to bring in new jobs, fill out the form in my bio, and let’s see if we’d be a good fit to work together. by @malleymarketing
