#2016trend I’m looking back at the 2016 version of myself with so much gratitude. My early twenties were all about traveling, seeing the world as a model, going on adventures with friends and having fun without many big responsibilities. Thanks to 2016-me, it feels like I lived many lives already by experiencing all of that. It gives the 2026-version of me space to ‘be’, to let life unfold and to trust that my path is okay. A feeling that the young version of me couldn’t feel yet. Behind those young sparkly eyes was a lot of insecurity about myself and the unknown. I was scared how life would unfold. A magical day of quality time with my two oldest loves. We were prepared with layers of clothing and raincoats, but we were gifted sunshine and a double rainbow.
