We’re not waiting until January 1!!

The final 90 days of 2026 can be the beginning of who you want to become in 2027.

Not another overwhelming challenge. Not a long list of things you’ll quit doing in two weeks. This is about small choices, discipline, consistency, and a mindset shift.

This is what community looks like💙

Today at MBK Middlesex County Career Day, our male mentors took time to teach young men how to tie a tie. You can see the skill being passed on, one step at a time.

At OFOF, we want young people to leave with tangible assets: clothing they can wear, skills they can use, and people they know are in their corner. A tie can be worn again. Knowing how to tie it stays with them for life.

Days like this will be remembered. 🙌🏾

🥹 100 EPISODES!!!

I started Journey of Truths because I believe every person has a story, and inside that story is a truth somebody else may need to hear.

100 episodes later… I still believe that. Even more now.

There were pauses. Life happened. I grew. The vision grew. And I came back with a different understanding of what these conversations are supposed to be.

Connection matters…

As our kids get older, the relationship changes. They become more independent, they tell us less, and sometimes “I’m fine” becomes the answer to everything.

But they still need us. Just differently.

Next week, I’ll be joining the Raising Ready Humans Summit, and I’m excited to talk about something I care deeply about — staying connected to our teens and young adults as they grow.

Not perfect parenting.
Not having all the answers.

Just creating the kind of relationship where they know:

I can talk to you
I can come to you
I’m safe with you
