Join me on a healing journey! Root 33 in Sherwood Park offers clinical therapy like Chiropractic care, Massage Therapy and Cellular therapy like the PRISM red light therapy pod and VEMI Bio-Synchronization Bed.

I’ve been making some big changes lately! Changing my diet to eliminate any processed ingredients like seed oils, gluten and refined sugars, adding supplements like Creatine, Collegian, vitamins B, D & 12, Magnesium, and Tumeric & Glucosamine. I’ve added exercise like yoga and walking. My goal is to help reduce the inflammation of my autoimmune issue, Discoid Lupus and joint/muscle pain. Combining the VEMI and PRISM into my treatment plan will help my body to reset and start to heal instead of attack.

Dr. Roshni & team are amazing! I would highly recommend incorporating Root 33 into your health and wellness journey.

Share some of your health/bio hacks below! ❤️

Thank you to the universe, for all of the amazing things in my life. I’ve been blessed with amazing children, supportive spouse, fulfilling career and now I’ve been levelled up to grandparent status and cannot wait for the next adventure! I already love this little human more than I could ever imagine and I’m so excited to watch him grow up.

There are so many things every day that the universe provides, we just have to look for the good ones. Everything else can be shelved under experience 🙏🏻❤️

I got a sneak peek at Canada’s FIRST Hell’s Kitchen at River Cree Resort & Casino, and WOW. 🔥 They brought the heat, the detail, and just the right amount of Gordon Ramsay-level perfection
Custom Hell’s Kitchen details, a gorgeous patio, a hidden speakeasy, iconic dishes, and cocktails… one even comes with a NOTE FROM GORDON himself. 👀🍸 (I may or may not have felt a little judged just holding it.)
If you’re looking for your next excuse to dress up, eat ridiculously good food, and pretend you’re on an episode of Hell’s Kitchen… add this one to your list! 🥂
Huge thanks to River Cree for a fantastic night! ❤️ by @mama_d74

Some big changes, some clients have decided not to renew this year. I have moved my focus to finding new business. I love all of my clients past, present and future. I learned something new every day and I’m grateful for all of my connections.

With that said, if you are a local business in need of some marketing assistance, I would love to chat. I will be a guaranteed customer if I need your services or, I will refer you to someone who does.

@ilovethewomp The Womp was truly an amazing experience this year. Being a part of set up and break down was seeing the festival from a whole other perspective and meeting so many amazing people and building amazing connections. I have honestly never walked out of a festival feeling the way I do after this years WOMP. Can't wait to do it all again next year. Until then friends ❤️👽👾🥰

As you can see, we are happy with the finished results! I cannot stress how impressed I am with how good this vehicle looks! It truly needed a deep clean and they definitely took on the challenge. Highly recommend them and will keep coming back again and again.

Thank you @_garage_104_

Needed a DEEP clean in the vehicle… between the dog hair and the bubble tea that was spilt all over the passenger side (literally made the door stick from the sticky), it was long overdue for a spa day! Taken it to Garage 104 for some love ❤️🫶🏻 stay tuned for the “after”!!
