I barely did anything to prep this family meal…and it turned out SO good. As a busy mom, I call this a win!
Threw this Aldi birria in the crockpot, let it cook all day, and somehow dinner tasted like I tried way harder than I did 🙌
Plus, the house smelled amazing!

you can just go

disney with my girls
watching my grandson experience it all for the first time…magic

then flying straight into helping my mom
clean out a lifetime of memories

motherhood…
it’s a lot sometimes
and it looks different than it did 20 years ago
but always my purpose in life ❤️

So proud of Maddie! Her high school flag football team is heading to the state semi finals today. They are currently ranked 4th out of 172 teams in their division. 🎉🏈😄

Maddie’s position on the team is “rusher”. She rushes the QB, putting pressure on her or pulling her flag to interrupt the play. She is a natural at it and does an amazing job. For two years in a row now, which is basically when she started playing, she’s earned “Defensive Player of the Year” in our school district. She’s had 28 QB sacks this season!

Easter 2024. Times sure look different than they did when we had 6 kids at home. Quiet around here. Today it was just Boston and Brooklyn. We hit the Bayside Easter service, had some yummy lunch, and the kids did the first annual “big kid” Easter egg hunt with 142 eggs full of mostly money. Haha. by @mama_eppe
