A New Year calls for a New Introduction ✨ I am Lisa Nishioka, the founder and owner of both Xanadu Real Estate (launched in 2010) and West Hills Property Management (launched in 2024). We are a FULL service boutique brokerage in the state of Oregon, and we assist sellers, buyers, and investors throughout our beautiful state with their acquisitions. “We’ve recently added a dedicated service, Short Sale Negotiations, to better support homeowners facing financial hardship and to assist Agents working with Sellers who may be heading in that direction. Our goal is to provide clarity, compassion, and experienced guidance during a challenging time.” “Referrals are the lifeline of our business and the highest compliment we can receive. If you or someone you know is looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, please send them our way. We would love to help!” P.S. It is because of you, we continue to maintain our ‘Circle of Excellence’ Diamond 💎 Platinum Member status. THANK YOU for your continued support.
