I’ve noticed this fella keeps popping up in my old photos & flyers.

No idea who the fu*k he is but he had some nice records so we let him have a go.

In my silence I have managed to make some Christmas tree decorations from bits and bobs I found kicking around in the studio.

I was going to list them on my Folksy shop but they’ve made their way to London Town to join the fabulous @apolloniasattic in Greenwich Vintage Market for the next two Saturday’s (12th & 20th December) …

I’m sorry I’ve been absent for most of the year but I’ve been trying to sort out my broken carcass and what the hell is wrong with me … I’m still on that path but I’ve learnt loads. I’ve had to stop making the Groovy Gang, Gonks, dogs etc as they keep breaking me. But I’ve managed to find some nonsense that doesn’t hurt me so much … go team☺️

On Saturday I went for a walk on the wild side with my baby girl @beabop in the @ukfetisharchive to do some research for the new collection I’ve been working on this year. The collection is a big step away from my usual nonsense but anyone who knows me won’t be surprised, as the subject is something I’ve been fascinated with for many moons.

Here’s a little peak at what is to come, you may have seen the embroidery before…. I’m on the home run , just need to finish and find an exhibition space. I’m really enjoying this collection, I’ve been learning loads…. Fingers crossed I’ll have more to say soon. Sorry to be so cloak and dagger but I don’t want to jinx it 🙄

Happy making post arrived yesterday

If you’d told my 15 year old self in 40 years you’ll be in a book talking about what you’re up to right now I would have said “ don’t be ridiculous! “ laughing my head off.
I’m honoured to be in the same book as some of the goddesses from the scene, thank you for printing my waffle, hope I don’t sound like too much of a plonker.
@missymcsquishy and @grovecourtjoinery I mention you both ❤️how could I not 😻

I relisted a few things in my Folksy shop last night, there’s more to come.
I was going to make some new Groovy Gang Girls and Bobbos but something went pop in my left hand on Saturday and I’ve been left with a nasty pain ache thing. So until that goes I’ll carry on with my new project, which is far less stressful on my hands.
I don’t want to show too much until I’m further down the line with it. I can say it’s a huge step away from the cutesy stuff, still working with vintage textiles etc … I also need to find a place to exhibit it but that’s another story and is on the list….. so much to do and so little time.
I’m going to have a dig around and see if I can find some bits to put in the Folksy sale at the end of the week.
It’s all gp go go here 💃🏻❤️

Oh and just so you know Mini Mama is sporting a beautiful jumper designed and hand knitted by @dottiedollie ❤️

What started out as a little social media break so I could get my tax return in and sort out a load of admin has grown into a nearly two month break …. Ooops

I haven’t had anything interesting to talk about and it was nice not posting every day but I now need to get back into my groove or the algawotists will think I’m invisible.
I will start looking at my messages today , I’m really sorry I’ve been so slack.
