Last few days to book your place 💙

This 4 week beginner yoga course could be:
• your chance to discover this incredible practice and get a deeper connection with your body and mind;
• a way to connect with like minded people and share mindful movement
• a nice antidote to shorter and darker days ahead of the festive period (we all need to look after ourselves)
• a way to learn to not take yourself too seriously and discover a curious approach to movement

I am so excited to meet you - see you at @mamafeenixstudio 💙

Book your place via the link in my bio > Events > Beginner Yoga Course

£40 for 4 weeks

A longer get to know video from @marie_alyse because she has one of the most beautiful voices in the world and is so inspiring to listen to! ♥️ we love Marie’s wake up Wednesdays!! ✨✨ by @mamafeenixstudio

Imagine: arriving into a warm, cozy space filled with blankets, pillows, yoga mats and gentle candlelight..🕯️ Somewhere you can finally relax, exhale, release tension from your day and let go of any need to control, change, think and plan, somewhere where you can just feel soft and supported..
How does it sound?? 💛

An invitation for you to slow down, move gently, and reconnect with your body and your breath.

Two hours just for you, without distractions.
🧘
We’ll explore a slow, nourishing yin yoga practice, with some deep, juicy stretches, grounding breath and a guided yoga nidra meditation, we’ll create more space for stillness, surrender and a deeper connection with yourself, tending to what you need.

We’ll also share some cacao together ☕️ and open our hearts to the
space of less doing
and more being.
You deserve it darling !!

I can’t wait to run my next Beginner Yoga Course @mamafeenixstudio 💙

It’s an honour to be able to guide and support people who may have never practised yoga before or are keen to come back to it!

Everyone is welcome!! This is a chance to move the body and perhaps get to know it a bit more without any pressure to perform or look a certain way. A safe space to try out yoga and maybe discovering something new about yourself 💙💙💙
