Who says you need to drive to the seaside!? 👀🏖️ We spent the day checking out the Summer Beach @gloucesterquays & it was the perfect family day out during the summer holidays! We were there hours and the loved it 😅🥰☀️🎡 There’s sand to play in, rides, games, plenty of food and somewhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine while they burn off all their energy 🤣🙌🍦👀 If you’re looking for an easy family day out this summer, this is definitely worth adding to your list ✅ 💛 Save this for something to do during the summer holidays and tag someone you’d bring along 🥳🏖️🎡 by @mamahoodconnected
To all the C Section mamas, you are amazing ❤️🫶 As April is C Section awareness month… No matter what others might have said, no you didn’t ‘take’ the easy way out 🤦🏼‍♀️ The shaking, the nausea, the difficult to sit, to stand and to hold your baby, the pulling and tugging…isn’t the easy way out ❤️🫶 It’s brave, strong and it got your baby here safely ❤️ #ukmums #mumuk #ukmummy #csection #csections #csectionawareness #csectionrecovery #csectionawarenessmonth #ceseareanbirth #postcsection #postcsectionbody #bravemum #mumsunite #mumcommunity #relatablemums #explorepage #plannedcsection #emergencycsection #csectionmum by @mamahoodconnected
As it’s the end of baby loss awareness week today, I wanted to share my story… At the time, it feels like you’re alone, like you’re the only person going through this, but please know you aren’t 🤍 During these couple of years, I felt so alone in this pregnancy loss journey. I had never really had any conversations around pregnancy loss/miscarriage before and it’s very true that you really don’t understand until you go through it yourself 🤍 Smiling on the outside pretending everything is okay but crumbling on the inside… To feel joy but constant anxiety. To be hopeful but always fearing the worst…all at the same time. Since then, I’ve found out that a lot of the women I know have been on similar journeys…which is reassuring to know I wasn’t the only one but heartbreaking to know that so many others have had to experience it too… @tommys are always constantly doing such great work to raise awareness for pregnancy loss and are a great place to turn to if you need to ❤️🤍 Don’t lose hope 🤍🤍🤍👼👼👼 #blaw #waveoflight #waveoflight2025 #babylossawareness #babylossawarenessweek #babylossawarenessweek2025 #babyloss #babylosssupport #pregnancyloss #pregnancylossawareness #pregnancylosssupport #pregnantafterloss #pregnancyafterloss by @mamahoodconnected
The youngest and the scariest of house. If she’s occupied we don’t bother her 🥴🫪😅🤣 Have you also got a crazy scary toddler at home? 🤣👀 Inspired by @veronicaplingau @georgiakousoulou 🥰👏🤣🤣 #toddlerchaos #toddlerlife #realmumlife #motherhoodthroughinstagram #motherhoodunhinged by @mamahoodconnected
Two things can be true 🤍 You can be SO grateful you get to be their mum and still find motherhood really, really hard. You can love your children more than anything in this world and still miss other parts of you. You can treasure the cuddles and still crave five minutes where nobody needs you. You can love your life and still feel overwhelmed by it sometimes. You can wish time would slow down because they’re growing too quickly… and still count down to bedtime on the hard days 🥹 You can love your children with every part of you and still need time, space, rest and a little bit of yourself back 👀🫪 And none of those feelings make you ungrateful. They don’t make you a bad mum. They make you HUMAN ❤️👏 So if motherhood has felt a little heavy lately, let this be your reminder that you’re allowed to feel both🫶🏼 And if you need more honest, relatable reminders that make you feel a little less alone in motherhood, follow @mamahoodconnected ❤️ This is your space for the bits of mum life we don’t always say out loud. Send this to a mum who needs to hear it today 🤍 #mamahoodconnected #motherhoodunfiltered #relatablemumlife #mumlife #motherhoodjourney by @mamahoodconnected

As Baby Loss Awareness Week came to an end, we lit our candle last night for Wave of Light🕯️🤍 @tommys @the.ribbon.box Five years of lighting this special candle, remembering the three little lives we never got to hold in our arms, but who will forever be part of our family 🫶🤍 I’m a mum of five, but you’d see two…And although we are so so grateful that our girls are here with us, there will always be three little ones who hold a special place in our hearts. 🤍 To every mum who has experienced baby loss, whether more recently or many years ago, my heart is with you 🤍🤍 Whether you’ve shared your story or carried it quietly, whether this week has felt comforting or incredibly hard, please know that you are not alone. Your babies mattered. Your grief matters. And you will always be their mum 🕊️ Sending so much love to anyone who has needed it this week, and beyond 🤍 #babylossawarenessweek #waveoflight #pregnancylossawareness #tommys #blaw by @mamahoodconnected

Motherhood comes with enough pressure without us adding guilt on top of everything 🫪🤦‍♀️😭 I’m learning that there are some things I just don’t want to feel guilty about anymore. A messy house. A bit of Bluey. Saying no. Wanting time for myself. Not making everything from scratch. Having a life outside of being a mum 😅 None of those things mean that we love our children any less… If anything, I’ve realised that looking after me sometimes makes me a better mum to them 🤍 So here’s to dropping some of the mum guilt…because we’ve got enough to be thinking about 👏😂 Follow @mamahoodconnected for more family chaos and less mum guilt 😅✌️🫶 #motherhood #mumof2 #parentinglife #parentinggirls #mumlife by @mamahoodconnected

Toddler mums, please help 🤣🙏🛌 We are so stuck between sizes etc for her bedroom, but also don’t want to go with a small toddler sized one as it wouldn’t last very long 🙈🙈 Recommendations for between 2-3 years old as her birthday isn’t that far away now 😅🫪 #ukmums #toddlerbed #toddlers #mumoftoddlers #toddlerbedroom by @mamahoodconnected
