My Achilles Tendon has been inflamed for a year and things went from bad to worse after I walked 20,000+ steps the first day at Disney. Sooooo… to prevent the tendon from rupturing I had to swallow my pride and order a “mobility device.” It was amazing to get home at the end of a long day and not be in a lot of pain! And of course, the grandkids loved it! by @mamajaneogg

I love how God teaches us lessons in a specific season! Lately, He has been teaching me to listen for the mission He assigns for each day. Over and over I have listened to the old song “So Send I You,” both the original and the newer version. And then today, these two verses from a book I am studying just knocked me off my feet! We are on a co-mission with God. Simply put, as I go about my daily business, I just have to remember to make Jesus famous!!! Wow! by @mamajaneogg

We have prayed so long for the release of the Jewish people abducted so long ago. Praise Almighty God that He has used President Trump to wipe out Iran’s nuclear facilities so this ceasefire could be negotiated and that he successfully put pressure on Hamas to let God’s people go!! Please continue to pray for God’s chosen people, the Jews! Also, pray for the people of Gaza who have been victimized by Hamas all this time, resulting in the destruction of their homeland. Most importantly, never forget that Jesus was sent FIRST for the Jews because they are the children of the Covenant God made with Abraham. But as God so clearly says in Isaiah 49:5-6, it was too small of a thing for God to send His only Son to just redeem the Jewish people, but Jesus would graciously also become a Light for all non-Jews, us Gentiles, so that we too can be redeemed and become as adopted children into God’s family! Thus, the release of these precious Jews should be celebrated by all Christians as if it were our own family that has been rescued! by @mamajaneogg

My sweet Daddy met Jesus at 12:15 am on June 19,2025, and he has the most amazing Homecoming testimony! He had been unresponsive for days, and it was my time to spend the night with him. At midnight, the nurse came in to reposition him, and I thought we would enjoy listening to the first two hymns sung my his pastor and sons from the Father’s Day service at his church that he didn’t get to attend. When I turned off the music, Daddy wasn’t breathing anymore. While listening to “I’ll follow Jesus, He’s leading the way,” Daddy followed Jesus to heaven. What a great privilege that I was able to witness that! I’m forever grateful that God gave us such a self-sacrificing father! by @mamajaneogg

Happy Father’s Day to my sweet Daddy, Cecil Armstrong. Although he was the King of the dance floor at my niece’s wedding in March and he was playing golf on Monday, right now he is in ICU at Jackson-Madison County Hospital in grave condition. It seems that he will be seeing Jesus soon. We thank God that he has led a full, independent life until now and are assured he has trusted Jesus to pardon his sins by @mamajaneogg

We thought we would catch a movie, Part 2 of “The Chosen,” before we hopped on the ark! 🤣 To get to the theater we had to drive through six streets with standing water, and we had to turn around once! When we got home we were amazed at how much Cane Creek had overflowed in the three hours we were gone! taken in Martin, Tennessee by @mamajaneogg
