Introducing my Dahi Dhaniya Karahi Murgh 🍗🌿

This recipe is born somewhere between the royal comfort of Murgh Korma and the bold, rustic soul of Murgh Karahi.

It has the creamy depth of curd, the warmth of slow-cooked masala, the punch of fresh dhania, and that unmistakable karahi-style character where every spoon feels rich, homely and full of flavour.

No fancy drama, no restaurant disguise. Just a proper desi chicken curry with a little nawabi softness and a little karahi fire.

Served with steamed rice, fresh salad and a hungry heart.

Dahi Dhaniya Karahi Murgh
A fusion of Murgh Korma and Murgh Karahi.

From Marrakesh to Sahar Dessert we enjoyed many meals with local eateries, famous restaurants, in camp & also with Nomads .. This is one of the On-road experience of my journey.

Into the land of Berbers
Invaded by Romans
Refuge to Islamic leader Idris Moulay- who brought Islam into Morocco
Almoravids - Berber / Islamic rulers who conquered Andalusia ( southern Spain ) and established the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada
And the current ruling dynasty of Arab blood Alaouites from 1666
Except for a brief period of French colonisation ..
Morocco is the best of Southern Europe with a distinctive food culture of its own
3 official languages
Arabic Darija
Amazigh ( Berber )
- though almost everybody speaks French
