POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Working for the NFL has been nothing short of AMAZING 🏈🙏🏽

For years, I chased the dream of working replay. After 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣+ NOs, I finally started hearing 👂YES! I didn’t have family in 📺TV or a mentor guiding me every step of the way. Just a dream, a relentless work ethic, and the determination to never 🫡give up.

I started as a utility, worked my way into camera, took on different positions, and eventually earned replay opportunities. My journey wasn’t the traditional route, but I kept grinding, believing, and showing up even when things looked dark.

To anyone chasing a dream: KEEP GOING. 💯 You’ll face rejection, people who try to tear you down, and those who pretend to be your friends. Don’t let any of it change who you are.

One ☝️thing I’m proud of is that I’ve remained a good person through it all. I’ve always treated people with kindness, protected my peace, and put the production, the game, and the team first.

Whether in my media career or officiating career, I’ve always believed that character, hard work, and integrity matter.

Never let rejection define you. Never sacrifice who you are to get ahead. Keep grinding, stay humble, trust the process, and keep believing in yourself.

Your breakthrough might be closer than you think🙏. 🏈
P.S thank you @jjlewis06 for these amazing photos and our conversation of you covering Kobe 🐍, appreciate you !

Happy Anniversary 💕 to the love of my life‼️🥰

Without a doubt, this has been one of the best years of my life. So many amazing memories, milestones, laughs, adventures, and moments that it’s impossible to pinpoint just one favorite. ❤️

So instead, let’s take a quick little replay recap 🎬🔁 and look back at how this beautiful year turned out with my amazing fiancée. From the moments that changed our lives forever to all the little memories in between, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. 🥹💕

Here’s to us, our love, and all the beautiful chapters still ahead. I love you more than words can explain, @itschelsearee . ❤️♾️

Another year, and I’m incredibly blessed to continue officiating @ncaa NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball 🏀🙏

For those who don’t know, we have four different meetings and clinics throughout the year—two in Atlanta, one in Indianapolis, and one in Phoenix. I usually attend the Phoenix clinic since it’s closest to California, but because of scheduling this year, I had the opportunity to attend the second meeting in Atlanta, and it was such a great experience!

Halfway through the meeting, the national coordinator asked me to be one-half of the unofficial “laser pointer” team 😂🔴—and I hope I didn’t disappoint her! LOL.

Jokes aside, there’s something special about being in a room surrounded by officials who are all striving to get better. Seeing people congratulated on their first-year hires, while everyone comes together for collective training, learning, and improvement, is what makes this experience so rewarding.

It was also inspiring to learn more about the @kayyowfund Kay Yow Cancer Fund and its mission to raise money and awareness for the fight against all women’s cancers. Through the support of the women’s basketball community, the Fund helps advance scientific research, provide access to quality healthcare, and support programs that serve women and families affected by cancer. I’m proud to be part of a community that uses the game of basketball to make a meaningful difference beyond the court.

Grateful for another season, another opportunity to learn, and the chance to continue growing alongside some incredible officials. 🏀🫶

Great news 📰 — officially started my first day at @nflnetwork for the @nfl 🏈

&& out of all the days to begin this new chapter, it had to land on MAMBA DAY 💜💛🐍

Got to celebrate the moment with AMA after the shift ended 👏🫶

So many days of working hard, crazy-long replay shifts, and putting in the reps are finally starting to lead to bigger-stage opportunities. I couldn’t be more grateful for this moment and everything that’s still ahead. 🥹🙏

Chase your dreams. Stay ready. Trust the work. 🐍

2️⃣year anniversary working at @thunderstudios 🥳‼️

This place has really given me a lot of reps, confidence, trust, and opportunities over the last couple of years — especially when I first got my @evsequipment certifications. 🙏🏽

Big appreciation to my boy @rollienichols for giving my contact info to @arlett__xoxo and for all the opportunities that came from it since. 👏🏽

It’s one of the few places where my “más o menos español” is accepted 😂🇲🇽— and even with my broken Spanish, they’ve always treated me like family. ❤️‼️ this video was a presser and weigh ins the crew has not too long ago for @dazn @daznboxing 🥊

Grateful for the people, the opportunities, and everything I’ve learned along the way. Here’s to another year! 🥂🔥 #replayoperator #thunderstudios #dazn #chaseyourdreams taken in Thunder Studios by @mamba__mike

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with the @dodgers and @sportsnetla for the past 4️⃣ seasons, and something really special happened today with Dontrelle Willis AKA D-Train 🚊 ( @youngrizzle35 )

Earlier this year, Chelsea and I went to New York to make our baby announcement and ended up going to the @yankees ’ home opener against the @marlins . I had just gotten a D-Train 🚉finals jersey, so of course I had to rep the homie—and after getting like 5️⃣ compliments on it, I’m not gonna lie… that jersey had me feeling like I made the Marlins 🐬Opening Day roster 😂⚾️

Fast forward to today: having the opportunity to work inside the dodgers studio, D-Train 🚆signed that SAME jersey in person. I told him that one day, this jersey will be a gift to our son, Ace, when he gets older.

And if you didn’t know, D-Train was an ACE on the mound⚾️🔥 ❗️I jokingly told him that he is officially the ONLY non-Dodger Chelsea and I will allow our son to love. 😂💙 That’s it. The list is CLOSED. Applications are no longer being accepted.

Appreciate you, fam. Thank you for giving our Ace a truly priceless gift and a story we’ll be able to tell him forever! 🙏🏽⚾️💙
