You don't have to be ready for Mt. Kenya today, you just have to be willing to start. Between today and December, you have 3 months to walk, train, get stronger, and build the confidence you need. And you won't be doing it alone 😃 We will prepare together through 5 progressive prep hikes, workouts, walking challenges and online prep sessions designed to get you ready for the mountain. Then in December, you get to experience the part you've been working towards: The summit. The challenge. The feeling of knowing you did something you once were not sure you could do. Comment 'UNLEASH' and we will send you all the details. by @mambahikers
