Finished off the year in the deep jungle mountains of the ancestral Cofán territory. Intentional time away detoxing from electronics and integrating all that is. Full of love and intuition. Rested and recharged. Surrendering to the great mother - Pachamama.

$What a privilege to feel exhausted, from the work you used to once pray for. 🙏 What a privilege it is to be overwhelmed by growth you used to once dream about. 📈 What a privilege it is to be challenged by a life that you created on purpose. ✨ What a privilege it is to fail, wake up and try again. 🚀 What a privilege it is to be Alive. 🌟 #Gratitude #Growth #Life #Challenges #Resilience #Healing by @mamicajo_jonjon$

🌿 From the A’I Cofán community of Dureno, Ecuador, we want to wish you a Happy Day of the Indigenous , or better said, a Happy Day of Ethnic and Cultural Ancestral Diversity💛

In Latin America, this day used to commemorate the arrival of Cristóbal Colón in 1492, but today we celebrate it by recognizing the the Indigenous and Ancestral people of this Mother Earth. Rooting ourselves in respect for our cultural diversity.

May we never forget our roots, honor those who inhabited these lands before colonization, and remember that the Indigenous spirit lives within all of us, every day. 🌎✨

🌊✨ The Aguarico, ancient and sacred river, holds the memory of the Cofán Taitas.
Through these waters their canoes have traveled since the dawn of time, carrying stories, prayers and wisdom that shapes the jungle. 🌿🔥
Today, moving along its course is to honor that legacy, feeling how the river tells us what is never forgotten.

🌳✨ Under the strength and wisdom of the giant Ceiba tree in Dureno, Ecuador, we lifted this medicine music prayer from Kajansi Queta.
The Ceiba, an ancestral guardian, connects heaven and earth, holding our prayer and reminding us that everything in the jungle breathes life and medicine.
