We took the trailer back to our favorite dispersed area in northern NM! Guess what time of year is the worst for yellow jackets? Zero stings, but had to have been thousands between the 3 sites we looked at. 🏕️⛰️🌲

Found an amazing dispersed camping area outside of Denver for a quick over-night trip. Right around 10,000’ and upper 30s at night. Barely a soul around. 🏕️⛰️🌲

First family trip in the Opus OP4 was a tremendous success! A short drive from the house up into the Jemez finds hundreds of miles of forest roads and wild camping. Next trip is less than 2 weeks away! 🏕️⛰️🌲

Winter Storm Fern gave our mountains some much needed snow and left us with some flurries and gorgeous views. ⛰️❄️

Even if it’s unseasonably warm and dry for late December, weather in New Mexico is still the best. ⛰️❄️

I’m back! After 6 months living in Germany, it’s time to get back to the Land of Enchantment. Huge thanks and admiration to @baileeonthedaily for holding down the home front with 2 littles while I was gone! 🇩🇪⛰️⛺️
