Thrilling project commissioned by our friends at @antonimodenegra and @headchile for their new Backpacks 2024 collection. We worked on everything from editing and concept design, to animation, final render and compositing!
All shots were cleaned up using @adobe After Effects content aware and traditional roto paint techniques. 3d Animation created in @autodesk Maya and @hellorokoko for motion capture. Also traditional 3d animation had a great role in
selected shots. Enjoy ! 🔥🔥🔥

New project for WATTS ✨ Making of.

A new hybrid workflow in action ✨combining 3D assistance and AI as part of the creative process.

For this project, we worked with 3D models and layouts to guide each shot, helping us define composition, camera, timing and visual consistency from the start.

Those elements were then reinterpreted through AI, allowing us to explore the final look faster while keeping everything connected under the same art direction.

A flexible process, built for craft, collaboration and iteration.

BILZ Y PAP ⚽ Making Of ✨🔥

Same crew, new arena. This time it’s all about motion.

For this bumper, we brought the Bilz y Pap characters to life in full 3D, animating every move, bounce and gesture by hand, then built the world around them with AI-generated plates and environments, bringing everything together in compositing.

3D animation gave us full control over performance, timing and character acting. AI helped us move faster, explore bigger worlds and push the visual playground even further.

Best of both worlds, right on the pitch ⚽🔥

BILZ Y PAP Making Of ✨🔥
Hybrid 3D CGI + AI pipeline in action.

For this project, we mixed 3D character animation with AI-generated plates and environments, using the best of both worlds to move faster, explore more, and keep full control over the final look.

We animated the characters and foreground elements in 3D, created the backgrounds and plates with AI, and then brought everything together in compositing.

We had a lot of fun mixing techniques in a playful and creative process!
