🥇🥈 for @mamzellemb out in Canada 🇨🇦

Maika reached out with a clear goal of competing in her first bodybuilding season as a Bikini athlete

She had not previously trained towards a bodybuilding goal coming from a boxing background

The timeline was tight due to heading away (is currently away) for a long period working

So we got to work

• Fully laid out the plan for prep

• Training form analysis on every session with feedback week on week had her training flying quickly

• Clear communication and increasing this to daily check-ins on the run up to her shows

The amount of people vastly undersell themselves is astounding

It’s hard to visualise doing something when previously you’ve not been able to

Sometimes it looks impossible, but trust me, nothing is if you want it enough

Maika is now a Bikini champion and plans are in place for a very productive off-season to come back into the open categories with big goals for the future on stage 🤝

Let me be very clear here, the biggest tool that Maika used to achieve this was COMMUNICATION…

Putting her trust in her coach to advise on what was the right action to take at the right time

And it paid off!

Extremely proud coach! Here’s to the future 🤜🤛

I didn’t come this far just to participate 💯🥇

Last show of the season, next we reverse and come back for the open division 😮‍💨 LEANER, STRONGER, BETTER

Show 1 August 22nd - Show 2 September 26th > 5 WEEKS to push through tiredness, sleep deprivation, digestion issues and stress. THIS WAS SO HARD but I wanted it and I came for it all. We brought such a good package this time and I’m very excited for the next season.

*For you Dad, I’m sure you would have loved to see all that 🕊️ don’t worry mom cheers on me 🫶🏻

What a journey 🥈.. onto the next 🙏🏻

Been working with @coach_kelly_ec since May 2026 to get to this look and between work, travel and boxing .. IT WAS HARD (and expensive lol for a first timer bikini athlete) but if you know me, you know I’ll take ANY challenge a can find. I love the feeling of accomplishment and being disciplined just helps me stay on track as well!! Thank you Ethan for being so patient, supportive and present even though we are in two different parts of the world 😂

Thank you to my lovely hairdresser @hairbyviki_ for bringing my color back to life 💕

Custom Suit @competitionsuitshop being on point with all the measures and suit color 💜

What a kick off to the competitive season for team @element_coaching_ec

@mamzellemb picking up a silver 🥈 out in Canada in the @wnbfcanada bikini class in her first ever showing

Only having started working with Maika around 5 months ago and prior to this she had never trained for bodybuilding - mega work and already got the bug looking for follow up shows

For myself taking 2 x 4th places and invites to the Finals in the @ukdfba is what we wanted from this first show

Knowing condition needs to come in, there’s work to be done to bring much more condition by the Finals ☝️

1-to-1 coaching spaces are open now to join the team
