IRONMAN MALAYSIA LANGKAWI ‘25 Syukur alhamdulillah akhirnya impian kita tercapai mendapat title “IRONMAN” & Bonus sekali dpt Sub 11 jam. Dalam masa yang sama x sangka kita dapat kedudukan 2nd Fastest Malaysian IRONMAN2025 🙌🏻 - BERENANG 3.8km 🏊🏼‍♂️ Jujur kita cakap dalam bidang renang nie mmang kita x suka sebenarnya😂dalam masa 3 minggu nk hari race kita cuma latihan 3 kali ja dkt kolam tu pun buat 2000 meter 2 kali 500 meter sekali🙏Test laut sehari sebelum hari kejadian. - BASIKAL 180km 🚴‍♂️ Route langkawi agak keras sikit tambah pulak kita pakai RB bukan TT cuma RB kelebihan nya di jalan bukit manakala TT di jalan Flat. Elevation mencecah 1500 meter utk 2 lap. Tapi bagi kita alhamdulillah semua berjalan dgn lancar tiada kerosakkan berlaku semasa kayuh🙏Setiap kali water station x pernah lupa makan pisang dgn air isotonic atau mineral water. - BERLARI 42km 🏃🏽‍♂️ Permulaan berlari agak baik cuma masuk KM ke 7 hgga KM ke 23 ia agak kurang baik sikit mungkin salah satu cuaca yang sgt panas🥵But alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan lancar dan terurus. Berjaya dari tempat ke-8 hingga ke-2 untuk disiplin Larian. Syukur nikmat Tuhan, Adakah 3:29:32 (42km) selepas berenang & berbasikal, pada 3 Petang? Sesuatu yang boleh dibanggakan, kerana penamat yang kuat adalah kuncinya. - 1st Debut IRONMAN 2nd Fastest Malaysian IRONMAN2025 7th placing age category. 10:55:47 - See you soon 2026 jika diberi kesempatan. Penang Bridge International Marathon 2025✨ New PB FM ⏩️ 2:45:37 ⏩️ 2:39:31 Alhamdulillah, ini adalah kali ketiga saya menyertai Full Marathon untuk Tahun 2025. Rezeki buat saya kerana mendapat kedudukan kedua bagi kategori Best Malaysia & kedudukan sembilan bagi kategori Men Open. 3 Bulan berturut2 join FM dari bulan oktober event klscm, Bulan november event Ironman & bulan disember utk buah penutup FM ialah Penang Bridge. saya sangat bersyukur kerana diberi kekuatan untuk terus kekal di kedudukan mengikut kategori masing-masing. Penatnya terasa, Tetapi sangat berbaloi. Kejayaan kita bukan datang secara kebetulan, tetapi lahir daripada usaha, Disiplin, dan konsisten dalam setiap latihan. Setiap langkah, peluh yang menitis dan rasa penat yang dirasai adalah bukti bahawa kita sedang bergerak lebih dekat kepada impian. Since i was a kid, i’ve always dreamed of being signed by a big brand. a dream that felt too far, too big and too impossible for someone like me. but to be honest i kept going through the doubt, through the days no one believed, through every race where all i had was discipline, heart and the hope that one day someone out there would notice and today that dream becomes real. KL CITY RUNNER & KL HILL RUNNER 2026 DOUBLE CHAMPION 🏆 10KM MEN OPEN Back to back race hari yang sama cuma flag off berlainan🙏Alhamdulillah kali nie dapat rest dalam masa sejam stgh utk flag off kali kedua. Route berpuas hati utk Kl city & Kl hill walaupun agak barai utk route kedua KL Hill😂tapi mcmna pun tetap kena teruskan utk menempuh kedua dua event tersebut.
