This is my littlest client, 3 years old🥰 This is her third session.

She has watched her mommy receive reiki in awe. Sometimes she will lay her hands over her mom with me. She waits patiently for her turn and when it is time, she puts the eye mask on her own, grabs her blanket and gets comfy.

Mom is always in the room and with the same procedure, I always ask if it is ok to “help” her. She always nods yes in a sweet aggressive way 🥹

And while she is just a child, she lies still. My hand placements are different (to respect her), the music is the same, and the intention is the same. After we were finished with this particular session she got off the table and ran to show me her “rocks”. They were crystals 🤭 I couldn’t quite understand what she was saying, but I knew what she was saying.

If you have ever wondered if reiki works on children/babies, the answer is YES ✨

As I experienced the Remembrance, I remembered who I am and where I came from. Parts of me came from different places, where I’m proud to be!

This photo shows a Polynesian woman recognizing her ancestor’s struggles, grief, hurt, and many obstacles but still chose to move forward and break those generational curses.

Although there are chains tied to her, that does not mean that she is not free. It simply shows that she still has ties to her ancestors, but she will no longer carry their story. She is making a way for a new story for her and future generations to come.

She shows gratitude, love and forgiveness to her ancestors. She is healing in this process. She remembers how strong she is. SHE IS ME 🌺 by @mana_konnections

There are some experiences that words simply cannot hold. 🤎🖤✨

This gathering of Black and Brown Indigenous women was more than a retreat—it was a return to ourselves.

We did the inner work. We faced the truths that needed to be spoken, felt the grief that needed to be released, and confronted the patterns that had been carried through generations. We broke generational cycles, honored the wounds of those who came before us, and made space for something different to begin with us.

We supported one another.
We grieved with one another.
We held one another when the weight became heavy.
We witnessed one another without judgment.
And we celebrated one another—fully, loudly, unapologetically.

There was laughter. There were tears. There was truth. There was healing. There was remembrance.

A room full of women choosing to see themselves, each other, and the generations before and after us with love.

I came in one way and left carrying something I know I will never be able to fully explain. I am forever changed.

Some experiences are not meant to be explained.

They are meant to be felt. 🤎🖤🌿✨ by @mana_konnections

Hey girl, hey!

I have received some questions on my posts that I would like to clear up 🤭

What are you?
Why do you celebrate so many ethnicities?
Are you not Christian anymore?

Well, I am a WOMAN if that’s what you mean 🤷🏽‍♀️

My mom is Hawaiian, Chinese, and Filipino. My dad was Mexican and Native American. So I’m mixed with the most perfect and beautiful ethnicities. I celebrate all of my lineages 🥰 I am proud to be who I am.

My thick thighs, my big nose, my brown skin, my big calves, wide hips and all of my other physical traits made me, ME! They also made my children and my GRANDSONS.

I am not your type of Christian. I do believe in God. I also believe in my ancestors, the universe and my spirit guides whom God has assigned me to. I believe in prayer AND manifesting ✨

Feel free to keep wondering or accept me as I am. I AM UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME! 😘 by @mana_konnections

Be your own type of beauty, mine is already taken 🤭🌺✨ by @mana_konnections

I’m a day late (more like two months), but never a dollar short from posting my birthday celebration. My inner teenage self is thanking my 50 year old self for such a nostalgic time.

This year, I didn’t need the out of country, elaborate or ridiculously expensive gifts or celebration. I wanted this. Ever since Paisley Park became a thing 🥺, I knew I wanted to go. If you truly know me, you know that I absolutely LOVE Prince 💜

Fun fact: did you know he has a song titled, Sarah? Welp now you know 🤭

MN~ You were cold 🥶but you were such a great the vibe that I needed. Shopping at the Mall of America, catching Pat Matheny at the Dakota, purifying myself in Lake Minnetonka (ok I really didn’t purify myself 🙄) and visiting First Ave. I was living out my Apollonia life out!!!

Cheers to this life 🥂 by @mana_konnections

HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE ☀️

As I sat and spent time with my guides, my ancestors, me, the first card that popped out was Princess of Pentacle. The rest followed.

Princess of Pentacles~ my thirst for learning and expanding my spirituality and wonder is what I am asking to take action in. I’ve already had conversations regarding growing in this space, so this card was extra fitting.

Ten of Swords in reverse~ all of the traumatic events have lead me to really letting go of what no longer serves me and old beliefs that no longer resonates with me. Today, prior to pulling my cards, already showed me this with not sulking and being sad on this specific day.

King of Pentacle in reverse~ money isn’t everything!

Five of Swords~ I don’t always fight to be right. Let go of the ego! I don’t have to prove anything to anyone.

Ace of Wands~ all songs are clear and I am to unapologetically go after my dreams. I need to awaken my unlimited potential and step into my personal power.

All of these cards resonate with me as a confirmation because I have been doing the work.✨ by @mana_konnections
