I used to walk into rooms like this wondering if I belonged.

Now I’m handed a microphone and asked to share what I’ve learned building Macoma. 🤍

And honestly? One of the biggest lessons hasn’t been about marketing, inventory, or sales.

It’s been learning to separate Ashley from Macoma Boutique.

For so long, when business was down, I felt like I was failing. When something didn’t go as planned, I took it personally. Like the numbers somehow determined my worth.

But a slow season doesn’t make me a failure. A hard month doesn’t erase everything I’ve built. And Macoma is something I created, not the entire measure of who I am.

Still learning that one, if I’m being honest. 🤍
