In a music economy obsessed with fast rises and viral moments, Tanzanian manager Manager Jayzow is arguing for something slower and far more sustainable: artist development.

In this conversation with Upper Entertainment, he speaks on why talent incubation matters more than chasing already established acts, the mistakes young artists make before their first hit, and the structural gaps still shaping Bongo Flava behind the scenes. From branding to data to global positioning, Jayzow believes the next phase of East African music will depend just as much on strong management as it does on talent itself.

Power to the culture that understands longevity is built long before the spotlight arrives. by @manager_jayzow
