Been trying to learn coding through a fun project and revisit my roots in drawing, soooo…I made a game!! Basically, it’s Flappy Bird but with sushi—aka Sushi Soar 🍣. I drew all the assets in Procreate and Figma and coded it in VS Code (with lots of ChatGPT/Deepseek and endless debugging) lol. It now lives as a local desktop app :)

As part of my UX/UI minor, I had the opportunity to conduct a case study on Spotify’s usability. The main objective was to evaluate the ease of use of Spotify’s mobile app, aiming to identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the overall user experience for Gen Z users, making it more enjoyable.

💡Here are some recommendations derived from a comprehensive research process, which included heuristic analysis, visual analysis, and usability testing sessions: • Ability to multi-select songs to add/remove from a playlist to improve efficiency. • Option to personalize your homepage by pinning categories/playlists to the homepage • Adding a “Help” feature and making it easily findable/discoverable for users

📌 Takeaway:
Regardless of how large or widely used a platform is, human behavior is constantly changing and evolving. Roll and Doodle is a toy designed for children ages 10+, it consists of five 12-sided dice featuring abstract symbols along with a drawing notebook.
