Diggin through the archive, feeling nostalgic. I was so unwell here, I was experiencing severe alexithymia, making bad choices, eating almost nothing. Surreal to see myself with no tattoos!! I believe I was 17?However, this hair was fire. I miss these boots too, my calfs are too big now, gotta see if they do an ankle version (X^X) by @manatee_strong

Sorry coach 🙏🥺Had a really fun trip to do my day 1 of program at @1rmgymmuscle in loddon. Absolutely loved the helpful, supportive and friendly staff, deffs got to get more peeps over to check them out.
