What an amazing day!!!
1. I am beyond proud of @adrenalinerunclub and @forward.theory . Each and everyone one of you who ran killed it! All that hard work showed today! For those who cheered it did not go unnoticed because I heard majority of you! Thank you!!
2. @jayclusive broski…Coach. Thank you for coaching me and pacing me even I lost you in mile 5 😂. You helped me push myself.
3. We PR’d Everyone! 2nd half marathon in the books and we took 4 mins off.

So dramatic I miss running and it’s barely day 2
I see everyone else running and I’m getting major FOMO
Thank you to everyone who reached out!
I struggle with being patient and letting the body heal.
I think that I’m gonna get slower cause I haven’t ran but I know that’s not the case.
