Brandon Ingram is on a tear this season. Putting up 22 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists per game, he’s been a steady offensive engine with an impact that shows beyond the box score. . . . . . . . A few months ago I used Claude Code to help with the part of the business I like least: sales. Instead of a standard cold email, I put together a small spec piece. A quick look at how I'd approach their brand. They came back saying they loved it. A couple of months later, it turned into a real project. That's the part of AI I actually care about. It takes the work you'd rather avoid and puts you in front of clients you'd dream of working with. Thank you @northernsuperleague, this one was a lot of fun. #soccer #womenssports #canadasoccer #nsl #SportsDesign taken in Toronto, Ontario by @mancini.creative

Mock piece I sent over to @honeybadgerscan before the season started. This was a quick experiment of how I would take what they did last year and do it in a more gritty manner. This was supposed to lead to a call about working together before the contact informed me that they didn't know they brought someone on for design. taken in Brampton, Ontario by @mancini.creative

Redesign + template kit for CreatrWave. A big part of the direction was finding different ways to push the “wave” idea. We used it through motion-heavy imagery, flowing backgrounds, and a digital wave texture built by stacking and compressing the CreatrWave mark over and over. Paired that with oversized, condensed typography, heavy cropping, and more editorial brand blocking to push the identity beyond a typical sports-media look and give it something more ownable. The goal was a system that still feels energetic and rooted in sport, but more like a complete creative brand than just a collection of sports graphics.
