On this day in 2008, Sheikh Mansour’s Abu Dhabi United Group completed its takeover of Manchester City for around £200 million. 🇦🇪💰

With that deal, City became the richest club in the world, and today, Forbes values City at £4.1 BILLION. Safe to say it was a worthwhile investment! 🤑📈 taken in Manchester City by @mancity.fever2

In these difficult times, it matters more than ever to stand behind our club and our players.

We don’t run away. We don’t give up. We stand together and keep supporting Manchester City.

We’ve faced challenges before and come through them together. This might be our toughest yet, but we keep believing. Like we always do.

This club has given us memories we’ll carry for the rest of our lives. We’ve witnessed history and celebrated moments we once could only dream of. That love doesn’t disappear when things get difficult.

Whatever comes next, we’re in this together. We’ll fight ’til the end.

It’s not over until it’s over. CTID 🩵 by @mancity.fever2

Phil Foden and Ferran Torres shared a wholesome moment after the final whistle of City vs PSG last night. 🫂🥹

Shortly after Torres joined Manchester City from Valencia in 2020, he and Foden became neighbours and close friends. The two youngsters often travelled to training together and formed a strong relationship on the pitch. Their time together at City only lasted from 2020 to 2021, but the bond they built has lasted far longer.

Friends forever. 🩵❤️ by @mancity.fever2

Iliman Ndiaye completed more successful dribbles (4) than any other player on the pitch in Man City vs PSG, despite only coming on at half-time! ⚡️

He made an instant impact with an assist, won six ground duels and had nine touches in the opposition box, giving City a real spark in attack.

Enzo Maresca on City’s defeat vs PSG:

🗣️ “Even with 0-3 first-half, I think with the amount of chances we created in the second-half, we deserved something more.”

🗣️ “And Luis [Enrique] was quite honest [with me] at the end of the game. He said, ‘We [PSG] have been quite lucky today!’”

🗣️ “It’s been a bit strange because we conceded two in two minutes, and I think we lost a little bit the balance. And then second-half, it was completely a different game.”

David White - The Spirit Of Manchester. Did Sunday take a lot out of our players emotionally or was it just the wrong formation? Kicked off after full time. Police filming our fans throughout even though PSG fans caused it and provoked City fans throughout the game. by @mancity.fever2
