This is the strongest I have been. Mentally and physically probably ever 🙏🏾 God is good. Ps. To all my IVF girls, it is so important to love and appreciate your body through this process. Your already going through so much, loving yourself and accepting the changes especially just the superficial ones take stress of your plate. In a process that is already so stressful and taxing, why criticize yourself for not looking the perfect ways society deems “beautiful” (Right now Im proud of how I look yes- but I know that could change in a month or 2- but because I’ve been just as intentional on my mental as I have on my physical- I know this time around i can lift the heaviness of infertility) #ivfjourney#infertalfamily#infertility#bodypositivityimperfect by @mandaj0y
Even on my hardest days, I have an unending list of things I’m grateful for. “You are either an architect or a victim of your life” And I refuse to be a victim- even in a circumstance that’s out of my control. There is always something I can do, to help it, to change it, to learn from it. It can always be worse. Hope is my anchor ⚓️ Faith is my foundation. #ivf#infertility#yougotthis#unwaveringFaith by @mandaj0y
“Who needs therapy when you have boxing”🥊 To my IVF people- I highly recommend an aggressive sport (only during breaks NOT when growing eggs or implanted) it’s made all the difference for me🙏🏾💪🏾 📖 “I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.” — 1 Corinthians 9:26–27 (KJV) #boxing#therapy#ivf#train by @mandaj0y
Crazy to think this little loaf was born on June 28th 2025 and Kip went home on June 29th. God had things in motion for our family before we even knew it- when we were mourning, when our world was broken from IVF, Kip and Papa. Mean while, God was growing this sweet cinnamon roll to be our angel sent to help us heal our hearts from such a hard year. He’s our little piece of heaven (and sometimes hell. But I wouldn’t change a thing) Happy 1st Birthday to our Winston 🎉 What a gift you have been 🙏🏾 God is Good. by @mandaj0y
How lucky we were to be your home 🌈 I miss you every day my baby dragon. Thank you for a beautiful 10 years. I would do it all again for you in a heart beat. @nolanlisac #kip by @mandaj0y
M O V E M E N T & M I N D S E T 🙏🏾 Going through IVF- you learn to really appreciate your body when it feels strong, when it feels normal. This little break has been a blessing, mentally and physically. It’s coming up on almost 4 years of trying to conceive. almost 2 of those years have been IVF years - (on and off since November 2024) it takes a toll yes, but it has also changed me. My mindset, my priorities, my perspective- and even though I wouldn’t wish infertility on my worst enemy- part of me is beyond grateful. It has pushed me to become a better woman. A woman of God. God is the center of my life. A woman devoted to her self growth, her marriage, family, her environment. I wasn’t living a bad life before but I wasn’t my best self either. Journey has been the biggest check of my life. With every cloud there’s a sliver lining- just have to be open enough to see it 🌧️ 🌈 Also - not to take away from my experience or anyone else’s - but it can always be worse. I am still beyond blessed with a beautiful life. A wonderful husband. An able body. A solid circle and A sovereign God 🙏🏾 PHILIPPIANS 4:6 Focus on your blessings, not your struggles. Let gratitude fill your heart for all that God has done for you. - (This is a post of perspective and empowerment. Not pity - I’m refuse to be a victim of my circumstance - I got this, Gods got me, I’m deeply grateful. by @mandaj0y
