Dusty boots 👢 and Shiny keys 🔑 Done Deal Dancing 💕

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little race weekend recap for the guy who deserves the world. ❤️🏁

Mike spends so much of his time supporting me, especially when it comes to my dance journey. Even with work keeping him away so much, he shows up for me whenever he can, cheers me on, and never makes me feel like I’m doing any of it alone.

So when I had the chance to fly him home for the weekend, I decided it was my turn to spoil him a little. ❤️

Drag racing, dirt track racing, horsepower galore, some really good food, lots of laughs, and a weekend centered around something he loves. 🏎️💨

Watching him get excited about the cars and the racing honestly made the whole weekend worth it. I love getting to see that side of him. 🥹❤️

And of course, I had to get another picture with my favorite racer, Matt Hagan. 😉🏁

But my favorite part of the whole weekend will always be the guy standing next to me.

He pours so much into supporting my dreams, and getting to make a weekend all about him was such a small way to give some of that love right back. No matter how busy life gets or how many miles work puts between us, I’ll always cherish the time we get together and the memories we make.

Ti amo, amore mio. Sei il mio posto felice. Sempre e per sempre. ❤️🇮🇹

I’m baaaack! 🏁✨

Dallas was fun, the races were exciting, and I am officially back in the office and ready to help with all things new construction.

Now that I am back, let’s talk about your holiday-home wish list. 🎄

Where would you spend Christmas morning first: coffee in the kitchen, presents in the living room, sleeping in, or enjoying a quiet moment on the patio?

Realtor friends, share this with your buyers and let them choose. Then message me if someone is ready to trade daydreaming for a tour.

We traded NHRA for dirt track today! 🏁
Still in Dallas, still at the races, and still officially out of office!
I will be unavailable for calls and text messages today, October 17.

I will be back soon and ready to help with all things new construction.

Unless you are ready to sign. Then call me. I will find a way. 😂

Realtor friends, this is for the buyer whose holiday gathering has officially outgrown the folding-table situation. 😂

The right dining space and layout can make gathering feel a little less like furniture Tetris.

Send this to the client who wants more room to host. Then message me the spaces that matter most to them so I can help you narrow down their#realtorcontent

Realtor Reel Dealer reporting for holiday duty. 🎄

This one is ready for the buyer who would love to be settled before Christmas.

An October purchase and an approximately 30-day close could leave time to unpack before the holiday celebrations, depending on the home and financing timeline.

Save this for your follow-up folder, share it to your Story, or send it to that buyer. Then message me their wish list and target move date so we can talk through current options.

And just like that… the Austin County Fair & Rodeo is packed up for another year 🥹🤠

The lights are coming down, the rides are rolling out, and everyone’s heading home with a whole lot of memories made. ❤️

But if you’re not quite ready to say goodbye to Bellville yet… there’s still plenty more of this little town to see. 👀

Come back and make yourself at home. 😉 What was your favorite part of the fair this year? The rides? The food? The rodeo? The music? Or maybe just getting together with your people? 🥰

Tell me what you’ll miss most until next year! 👇🏼

Realtor friends, send this to the buyer whose backyard wish list is longer than their kitchen wish list. 🌿

Texas fall may be taking its sweet time, but I am already picturing patio coffee, outdoor dinners, and somewhere to escape when the holiday kitchen gets crowded. 😂

Have a buyer looking for outdoor space? Send me their priorities so I can help you compare the current options.

Still smiling about last night 🥹❤️🤠

I had the BEST time at the Katy Rice Festival with my dance team! From getting to line dance with the Chick-fil-A mascot 😂 to having our whole team do the line dance I created for Christian Walker’s song WHILE HE WAS ON STAGE?! Like, how cool is that?! 🥹😭❤️

AND getting to see Lonestar perform too?! What a night!!!

I’m just so thankful for opportunities like this and getting to make these kinds of memories with such an amazing group of people. ❤️ Dance has brought so many unexpected and incredible experiences into my life, and I don’t take a single one of them for granted.

My heart is FULL. 🥹🤠✨ by @mandi.bell_
