I am 45 and recently moved back to California after over a decade teaching abroad. I am on a reset journey to take back control of my health and finances. Can I make it? Is it too late?

Intentional Me vs. Impulsive Me: a battle I’ve been losing my whole life 😅

I’m 45, I’m an emotional spender, and I’m finally doing something about it. That’s what Money Date is: me sitting down with my money every week, tracking what I spend and why, and doing it out loud so I actually stick with it.

Some weeks Intentional Me wins. Some weeks the impulsive wins. I’m still showing up.

👇 Which slide is you? Tell me the number in the comments (mine is #3, every single time).

Save this for the next time “it’s on sale” starts talking to you, and follow along for more Money Dates. It’s not too late to reset. 💚
