The best property and the best investment aren’t always the same thing.

Prime units can absolutely justify a premium. But every premium still needs to make sense.

I’m always thinking about the full investment cycle. What am I paying today, what makes this unit desirable, and who is likely to pay the premium when I eventually exit?

That’s the difference between simply buying a great property and buying a great investment.
