Still riding the high from the best trip yet! 🌍✨

This journey took me through four countries—the UK (London), South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Victoria Falls, was a highlight! Not only did we tour the falls, but I also went on top of the waterfalls. I was scared but did it anyway—and it was absolutely worth it! 💦🌈🙌🏾

We ran the most entertaining half marathon ever in Zimbabwe, enjoyed a sunset dinner cruise, and had two unforgettable safaris at Hwange Safari Lodge. 🐘🦁 Then we made our way to Cape Town. Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, penguins, wineries… just WOW. 🍷🐧

Sydney Marathon ✅DONE!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter!

This birthday is extra special because it’s your first birthday as a mommy, with sweet Lennox by your side. Watching you become a mother has filled my heart with so much pride and joy. You are such a loving, patient, and wonderful mother, and Lennox is truly blessed to have you.

I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become, and now I get the joy of watching you raise your own beautiful little girl. There’s something so special about seeing my baby with her baby.

May God continue to bless you, guide you, and give you many more beautiful years filled with love, happiness, good health, and unforgettable memories with your family.

There’s nothing like a cold plunge after a 20-mile run at Xtreme Health Club.

Recovery is just as important as the miles. Grateful to have this as part of my marathon training journey.

Some of you may know this about me, and some may not…

Running has been one of the greatest journeys of my life. Over the years, I’ve run races in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. What started as a personal challenge turned into a passion for pushing limits, staying healthy, and inspiring others.

Now I’m chasing another dream: completing all 7 Abbott World Marathon Majors…Boston, Chicago, New York, Berlin, London, Tokyo, and Sydney.

So far I’ve completed five, and in 2026 I’ll be running the TCS Sydney Marathon, which will be number six.

This race is about more than another finish line. I’m running with Team for Kids, raising funds for New York Road Runners youth and community programs that help kids build confidence, stay active, and develop healthy habits through running.

Your donation does not cover my travel or race expenses, it goes directly to supporting these programs.
