Saw the challenge from @contessatracy to hang for 90 seconds and had to try it at home!

I wasn’t a gymnastics bar queen like Tracy, but once upon a time I was in the military and used to love pull ups 😅💪 I wasn’t sure if I could hang that long, but now I want to try for 2 mins next time!

Sauna 🔥 + Cold Plunge ❄️ + Yap sesh with this Babe ❤️‍🔥 Taking notes from @dreambig_davies to train hard and recover harder ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Highly recommend @spacebarwellness gorgeous space for recovery! You can rent private rooms for just you or a few friends and indulge in your own private contrast therapy and yap (or relaxation😅) sesh!

This class and studio gets its own post and was a huge highlight of my trip to Arizona! I have wanted to take a class from @thekristinagirod since 2020, and I finally had an opportunity. It was an advanced choreo (😅) duo class with @luisafsuarez_ and the vibes were immaculate ✨ This class was an EXPERIENCE and I was smiling the entire time!

@_powerandflow is the best example I’ve ever seen in any studio of community building, inclusivity, and FUN and I’m not even a cycle girl 😅 They even had a community game night post class 🥹 Follow Kristina to be inspired (and her playlists! 🔥) and if you’re ever anywhere in the Phoenix area, book into Power + Flow!!!

Dawn Patrol for a sunrise summit on my last day in Sedona! One of the most epic experiences I had was waking up before dawn, and running from our place all the way up to the summit of Sugar Loaf as the sun came up 🥹🏜️ Peep the hot air balloons at the end! 🤩 🌈

Vortex hunting in Red Rock country 🏜️ We spent some time on the easier vortex trails of Sedona, which are reported to have higher swirling centers of energy and healing properties. End of an Era! It’s time for me to reprioritize my family and health. 🩵 This Wednesday I will be coaching my last classes at Cut + Flow. After coaching over 1,000 Slow Resistance Training classes across multiple studios, I’m closing this chapter with gratitude—thankful for every single person I’ve been lucky to cross paths with and every bit of community we built together.

But don’t worry, I’m not going far! You can still find me at @totemlakerunclub every Tuesday & Thursday, and I’m still rolling with @seattlerunningcollective
