I wanted to share something I recently got that has made my fertility routine feel SO much more simple and organized. 🤍

With my diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), low AMH, and elevated FSH, I know how important it is for me to be intentional about what I’m putting into my body while we continue trying for our miracle. After years of trying, I don’t want to just take a million different supplements and hope I’m doing the right thing. I want to know that what I’m taking has a purpose and that I’m not unnecessarily adding things that could work against me.

I’m not saying supplements are a magic answer or that they can change a diagnosis overnight. But for me, being more intentional about my nutrition and supplementation is one of the ways I’m choosing to take care of myself, support my body, and keep moving forward instead of giving up. 🤍

And honestly… I’m learning that sometimes hope looks like taking the next little step, even when you don’t know exactly how the story is going to end. 🙏🏼✨

Happy Birthday to me!!! 🎁🎊🎉🍾💕 Time to celebrate my birthday today feel like were getting old but i wouldnt want to grow old with anyone else but you Devin. Thank you for always being here no matter what and celebrating every birthday with me. My mom is also going to throw my sister and I a birthday party together too another weekend due to Covid on her birthday we didnt get to celebrate but thats ok mom never forgets either also thanks mama for everything you always do and that is so special to me. Happy Birthday Papa!!! Your lovely birthday was yesterday and the whole family and I have missed Granny and you so so much! It definitely isn’t the same without you here but I also know that you two are together and in a better place always shining down on us. Went to California Dreaming Greenville for his birthday.
