So honored to have been invited to create a supporting floral installation for Fleurs de Villes Gilded Age at Filoli. @fleursdevilles @filoliestate @gildedagehbo

For this fireplace, the flowers were designed to grow around the historic architecture, following its lines and feeling naturally at home. I had so much fun playing with this moody dark fall palette🤍

With the show running September 9–18, I returned every other day to refresh the flowers. One of my favorite parts was watching the colors subtly evolve throughout the week—each refresh bringing a slightly different mood to the same composition.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 🤍

Honored to create a floral interpretation of Karen LaMonte’s sculpture — a dress with the absent body — for Bouquets to Art at the @deyoungmuseum

Rather than replicating the draped form, I explored the tension between lightness and gravity. The structure rises in a suspended arc, while cascading calla lilies slowly descend toward the floor — a gesture moving from lift to release.

Originally I imagined letting the form evolve over the six days of the exhibition, allowing the tension to gradually dissolve and the flowers to follow their natural cycle from bloom to fading — a living sculpture existing in time as well as space.
Due to museum limitations, the transformation couldn’t be fully realized. But hope you all loved the unfinished version😊 taken in de Young Museum by @mandyfloristry

Sometimes a bouquet doesn‘t need a single petal.

A champagne tower moment, dressed up with grapes and vine. The kind of welcome that sets the tone for the whole night.

Soft layers of billowing drapery, vintage crystal chandeliers catching the last of the light, and a table set for a long, slow evening under the open sky. 🤍

For this reception, we leaned into a palette of ivory, cream, and the softest blush — sculptural calla lilies in matte ceramic vessels, taper candles glowing in glass hurricanes, and linen napkins gathered with warm wooden rings at every place setting. As the sun dipped behind the hills, the chandeliers took over, and dinner became pure candlelight and conversation.

Proof that a neutral palette is anything but simple — it‘s all in the texture, the layers, and the light. ✨

Soft ivory draping, sculptural calla lilies, and a kiss beneath the chapel arch. 🤍

From the bride’s bouquet to the delicate paper details, a celebration woven together in shades of white, with love at its heart.
