🦋 Mandy-Jayne Lace faced exclusion from a young age—surgeries, poverty, and a system that kept shutting her out. But instead of giving up, she became an unstoppable voice for the rights of people with disabilities.

💫During the pandemic, she was told her life wasn’t worth saving. Today, her company generates millions and is transforming access to work, transportation, and dignity.

Because as she puts it: “I don’t want to look like you. I want you to let me be who I am, how I am, where I am.”

🔥 This is not a story of overcoming. It’s a story of social transformation—told from a wheelchair, with a heart on fire.

Hey hey happy amazing you day. Today is special the charity I ran for 115 years has been reconstituted. So today, as I often think of God or what I refer to as God, I reflect upon my journey and in the outcomes my journey has created of course I am delighted because I know what I have done to develop my future-self. I am a work in progress nothing more, nothing less. This means I am enjoying my learning and welcome my progression however that tastes or feels. I got through those years through this behaviour, studying and writing. I have committed myself 100% to the process. Yes, I am scared and determined and proud and wishing it was already second nature to be ideal in every circumstance but I’m not, I’m human. There is a great deal of work ahead but I know some of you fantastic people will come forward once our recruitment campaign is up and running….. and come to Sunderland to see live our first DISABLED ULTRAPRENEUR is crowned!!! 4th July 2024 ….Can you see our progression towards the future?
