Happy National Daughters Day to my girl! 💕

Mariah, being your mama is one of the greatest blessings God has ever given me. Watching you grow from my little girl into the smart, sassy, kind-hearted young lady you are becoming has been such a joy. 🥹💗

You have the biggest heart, you love deeply, and you bring so much laughter, personality, and life wherever you go. I pray you always know just how loved you are—not only by me, but by a God who created you so wonderfully and has a beautiful purpose for your life. 🙏🏻

I’ll always be in your corner… cheering you on, praying over you, wiping your tears, celebrating your victories, and reminding you of who you are when you forget.

🇺🇸 25 years ago today, America changed forever.

I was a senior in college. I had just gotten up and was getting ready for chapel when I turned on the television. I watched in disbelief as the second plane hit the World Trade Center. Then, as I watched, one of the towers fell.

I remember the shock. The fear. The confusion. The overwhelming feeling that our country would never be the same.

Planes had crashed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, and so many innocent lives were lost. Families were changed forever. First responders ran toward danger while the rest of us watched, prayed, cried, and tried to understand what was happening.

But I also remember 9/12.

I remember how our country came together. We stood a little closer. We prayed a little harder. We looked out for our neighbors. Flags were everywhere. Differences seemed to matter a little less, and being an American meant something that felt bigger than any of us individually.

The heartbreak of September 11th will never be forgotten. Neither should the courage, sacrifice, compassion, and unity that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we remember those who lost their lives, the families who still carry that loss, and the heroes who ran toward the danger.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Happy Birthday, Brady!

You were the one who made me an aunt, and that will always hold such a special place in my heart. It has been such a joy and blessing to watch you grow from the little boy I loved so dearly into the incredible young man you are today. I’m so proud of the person you’ve become and excited to see all that God has in store for your life.

My prayer for you is that you will always seek God, follow His direction, and trust His plan for your life. May you continue to grow in wisdom, strength, and faith, and may you always know how deeply you are loved.

Happy 20th Birthday 🎂 to my first niece 🥹💜

I can hardly believe you are 20 today! I still remember being at the hospital when you were born and thinking about how lucky I was to get to watch you grow up. And what a joy it has been to be there for so many of your moments along the way—from your first dance recital, to volleyball games, basketball games, graduations, and all the countless little moments in between. (Like sharing a Frappuccino when you were little and it being our secret so your parents didn’t kill me) 😂

From that sweet little girl to the amazing young woman you are today, getting to watch your journey has been such a gift. I am so proud of the person you have become, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you. Never forget how loved you are and how many people are cheering you on every step of the way.

Belize, thank you for another unforgettable week. 🇧🇿❤️
